LIMITED WARRANTY  ON OURS PRODUCTS

NANO ELECTRÓNICA S.A. DE C.V., warrants  each Part, to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of six 6 months after sale.

The obligation of NANO ELECTRONICA, S.A. DE C.V. under  this warranty being limited to replacing at our factory, any parts returned to us with transportation prepaid and if at examination  shall disciose to our satisfaction to have been defective.

This warranty shall not apply to any NANO ELECTRONICA product wich is used for a purpose for wich it is not designed, or which is applied to use which has not been approved by us, or which shall have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or damage caused by water being present in the fuel.

NANO ELECTRONICA SA DE CV, shall in no event be liable for any consequential damages or contigent liabilities, arising from the failure of a part or parts to function properly, nor for the cost of labor or transportation charges in connection with the replacement of defective parts, there are no warranties expressed, implied, or statutory made by Nano Electronica S.A. de C.V. other tan set forth herein, futher, we neither asume nor athorize any person to asume for us other liability in connection with our products.
